CareSync's field teams were using paper forms and WhatsApp to coordinate care visits. Documentation was incomplete, handoffs were verbal, and managers had no real-time visibility.
We built an offline-first mobile app where care workers log visits, complete digital checklists, and hand off notes — even without signal. Managers get a live dashboard as data syncs.

Built low-fidelity flows for the core three tasks: visit log, checklist, and handoff. Tested with 8 care workers before any code.

Engineered the offline queue, sync layer, push notification system, and admin dashboard in parallel with the mobile app.

Ran 30-minute onboarding sessions for each team. Monitored crash reports and sync errors closely in the first two weeks.
Documentation completeness improved from 54% to 97%. Shift handoff time reduced from 18 minutes to under 4. The app was adopted by 240 field workers across 6 regions within 3 months.
